Our Story
The first time we saw the Smokey Mountains was in the summer of 2001. We had driven all night from South Florida so that our tweens and toddlers would sleep. We were heading to Sevierville for a week in a mountain cabin. Right at sunrise, we entered the Blue Ridge Parkway and thought we were driving into heaven. That’s when we fell in love with the rustic charm and breath-taking beauty of Tennessee. We never dreamed a few short years later we would be embarking on the greatest adventure of our life. We had always wanted our kids to experience country life and hard work. Our neighbors back in Palm Beach County thought we were crazy when we got a few sheep, a cow and pig… but we were preparing for things we didn’t even know were in our future!
Our 5 kids are all adults, but our 8 (and counting) grandkids love romping through the farm.
We have built a strong herd of cattle over the years and have enjoyed the whole process. We hope to provide you with a glimpse into our farm and build your trust in our meat products. Thanks for visiting!
